Free standard shipping on every order. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically delivered within 8 to 15 business days in the United States. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs.
If tracking has not updated in 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Returns
30-day money-back guarantee. If CIRCA is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will send return instructions. Ship the ring back with its charging case and cable in the original packaging, and we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving it.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it and offer a replacement.
Warranty
12 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from misuse, water exposure or unauthorised repair is not covered.
