30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your CIRCA smart ring, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to return
1. Contact us at ⟨support email⟩ with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will send you a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the ring back in its original packaging with the charging case and cable.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping and will also offer a replacement.

Wrong size
If the size does not fit, contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it for another size. Please check the size guide before ordering; the ring should pass over the knuckle with slight resistance.

Damaged or defective items
If your ring arrives damaged or stops working under normal use within 12 months of purchase, contact us with your order number and photos or a description of the issue. We will repair or replace it at no charge under our 12-month warranty. Damage from water exposure, misuse or unauthorized repair is not covered.

Exceptions
Items returned after 30 days, or showing damage from misuse, are not eligible for refund.
