Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices and to discontinue products at any time. We make every effort to display product images and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colors exactly. Product specifications (weight, battery life, sensor readings) are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly between units.

Not a medical device
CIRCA and its companion app provide heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and activity information for general wellness and fitness purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

Third-party app
The ring pairs with the QRing app, which is published by a third party and subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if the product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Warranty and returns

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIRCA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
